They were able to let me drop off my fur baby after she passed and I thought they handled it with grace and made me feel better about getting her cremated. We got a little paw print and it means alot to me now. I wish it was a little more affordable to have her cremated. And since it was a Saturday they were the only ones open. But they were kind especially when I went to pick up her paw print
