My husband was unable to get a stray cat we found to our appointment today due to his work schedule being unpredictable. I was unable to take the cat as I had a physical therapy appointment that ran longer than expected. They charged us $90 for canceling the appointment. Do they not realize that life happens? We even tried to get my mother in law to take the cat in but she was also too busy with work. We will never go there again. They’re greedy and have no compassion.

We are new to Highland Veterinary Hospital and are thrilled with the care our cat received today. The personnel were kind and professional, the environment was clean and welcoming, and the price was reasonable. Thank you for making Mia's experience as stress free as possible.

was very happy with this place until they tried to extort me emergency fees for a diagnosis that I just had less than a month ago for my dog's teeth. Just needed antibiotics and pain medication for an abscess from said diagnosis. Money first, care second.
