Dr. Hall is an exceptional veterinarian who truly goes above and beyond for both pets and their owners. From the moment you walk in, she creates a calm, welcoming environment and takes the time to thoroughly explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand. Her compassion, knowledge, and attention to detail are unmatched. The staff is also incredibly friendly and helpful, making every visit smooth and stress-free. On top of that, their services are very reasonably priced, which is greatly appreciated. It’s clear Dr. Hall genuinely cares about the well-being of every animal she treats. We recently moved from Glendive to Wibaux, and had previously been taking our animals to Glendive for veterinarian care as that's where we lived. We had an emergency with our kitten, as our Doberman played too aggressively. We called around 10 and asked if he would help our kitten and see her, and he seemed hesitant to come in, even when we said we were willing to pay whatever he wanted for going in. We tried to call around to some other vets, because he made it abundantly clear he had no desire in helping our kitten, and couldn't get through so we tried again an hour later and asked if he would just help her. He said we could "leave it outside the vet clinic and if it's still alive by morning and I'll get to it, I can't be up all night answering phones, I have to work tomorrow." I understand it was late, but the lack of professionalism, the lack of care and empathy is appalling and disgusting. I do not care if you're not a cat person, she was in pain for hours and suffered and he couldn't have cared less. Take your animals 9 miles to Beach, where regardless of who you are or what animal you have, you and your pet will be treated with respect you deserve.
