I took my family in to see the doctor today for routine care. I have been on this side of the mountains for a few years now and it has been difficult to find a veterinarian who is dedicated to small animal medicine (not just seeing small animals in addition to their large animal practice), or finding a clinic where one can get an appointment within a month or more. Here I was able to get an appointment within a week as a new client. We were welcomed with warm, friendly faces when we walked through the door. The staff obviously loves animals and their jobs. The doctor took every second of time necessary to get to know us and thoroughly examine my girls, talk to me about their treatment options and took care to consider everyone’s needs in the equation. I did not feel rushed or pressured to purchase anything. I have been grieving the loss of the quality of veterinary care I had access to where I used to live. I am so relieved I have found Great Plains Veterinary Clinic. Thank you guys!
