This places has lost its mind to freak out on others because of there malpractice and lack of compassion towards others is beyond me my wife an father in law had gone in to see about one of the pups an the women had an attitude the moment they sat down she begain to become rude an not being patient after my wife had stated that the puppy was very nervous. There was obvious pee of how nervous the dog was. She completely disregarded how nervous the dog was and didn’t even realize that my wife had to relay what was being said back to her father, as he is deaf instead of recognizing the situation, she decided to grab the leash and rip it out of his hand because she wasn’t patient enough scaring the pup more then she was an become very aggressive with my father in laws pup my father in law said be careful. I’ve heard what you guys have done by killing somebody else cat an the women because Very tense the subject changed so fast that she no longer cared about the dog in question she only cared about what was said. She then kept repeating herself multiple times and then getting angry very unprofessional environment. I do not recommend pets going to this place and I do not recommend if you have a concern for your pet that they will care. This is a terrible place in Thompson. Falls has spread all over town that this is the worst place to go for your pet. And on top of this incident, several years ago I had a puppy named Toby. Toby had issues with seizures that would come in waves and be more aggressive than the one before every time they hit. I tried to bring him to the Thompson falls vet to be seen and as I was grabbing him out of the car he started to seize in my arms, so I went to bring him inside and a lady told me that they couldn’t help unless I had all the money and I was only 8$ short. They refused to help my dog that was seizing in my arms because I didn’t have another 8$ to complete the total bill for the visit. This place has been horrible for as long as I can remember and seriously. If you are a true animal person that loves and cherishes their fury babies like they would a human child then DO NOT bring your fur babies to this clinic EVER.

This is the worst places in the whole world we went in an this women grab the leash out of my dads hands then yanked as hard as she could on her leash and made her neck kink I don’t know who the woman was all I know is the worst veterinarian clinic to go to and I suggest you do not take your animals here. This is in my opinion a very bad veterinarian clinic All of Thompson can tell you how terrible this places is
