Absolutely no customer service or care displayed whatsoever. All I needed was a rabies shot for my dog and this place basically blew me off. Didn’t hesitate to say NO. Thanks for nothing!!! Ended up having to take my dog all the way to Mountain Vista Veterinary in Eureka, which got me in the same day. Now that’s quality service and customer care.

I brought in a dog that was still alive that had been hit by a car. The vet in the staff were very empathetic and caring. They were able to find the microchip and the owners. I left my name and number and asked them to contact me if they could not contact the owners and if possible and allowed, call me and let me know the outcome. They were very caring and I would take my own animals here if the need arises.

I had horrible experience at this office my dog was dying of parvo he said he’d look him over and see if he could do anything told to take him in at 10am so I showed up he yelled at me when back inside and then came out and didn’t talk to me but my grandfather that he wasn't going to help my dog at all I’m sorry but I get your retiring but that veterinarian degree to help animals in need I losted my dog today because your retiring and don’t wanna help me if wanted to be vet makes should you actually wanna help the animals he also wouldn’t help with my dog Lou broken leg a few months ago I will never go here again

Dr. Griffith and his staff have helped us with pets for years. He's been there for after hours emergencies.. their compassion is above and beyond.
