Passing through on our way into Canada. Glad it was a short stay. Bath tub was nasty! Location was about all it had going for it.

The staff were not nice and refused to give me the invoice. Rooms are not with the real windows at all. Bad experience!

Friendly employees, treated us with respect and attentiveness. I gotta say, EVERY TIME I've come to this hotel (stayed at least 7 days and nights in the past few months) the employees were always friendly, I've yet to experience one that has been anything but friendly and accommodating. I'm not sure if I should say this but, I've got family in Rocky Boy and they come to visit at the hotel. The kids go swimming along with my girls that are always with me, and not once did any of the different employees give me a hard time about it. This is almost unheard of in this day and age with the greed and loss of customer service skills rampant lately. It's nice to know the owners and employees have no problem with respectful, quiet visitors and will left kids enjoy themselves. It isn't the fanciest hotel but it's by far the friendliest, and the place where you get the most for your money. One of the employees made a mistake and gave me a room that wasn't cleaned, two times in a row, she apologized profusely and asked me to sit down while she went looked at the next room that she was going to assign me. She came back and thankfully it was cleaned. She explained they were having problems with their system and it was saying that rooms that were not cleaned were already cleaned, and vice versa. I didn't complain at all, mistakes happen and not only that, if they were having problems with their system, how could she possibly know she was assigning me a room that was stayed in? I still stayed here after this happened a few times and she instantly recognized me. We had a good little laugh about our last encounter and I've nothing but good things to say about this place. Clean, quiet, friendly, comfortable, and affordable.
