This clinic has to be one of the best in the valley. I cannot say enough about the kindness and quality of care from the receptionists, techs, and doctors. I’ve encountered a lot of vet clinics but this is the small town, down to earth clinic I’ve always wanted for my kitties. Prices are extremely reasonable and they work their hardest to get you in at the earliest time. I’ll always recommend them!

Worst vet experience ever. None of the techs or even the vet herself did any sort of check on my dog. The tech assured us the vet would perform a full body exam yet they didn't check her teeth, listen to her heart, nothing. Hell they didn't even pet her. They also couldn't get a good weight on her and didn't even try twice despite our reason for being there being tied to her weight and eating habits. None of the techs would listen for longer than 30 seconds and then jump to conclusions because they misunderstood completely what we were telling them. When we would try to correct the misunderstanding they wouldn't let us explain long enough for them to understand and would just interrupt us. Honestly people a dog barely eating for 3 months is not caused because we give her two small treats a day. But would they listen long enough to hear that it was only two treats a day at most. Nope! We will be going to valley pet as they are the best around and actually care to listen. They then charged 260 bucks for a blood test only to call later and say we should come in for another in 3 months even though they saw very little wrong in the test. If you care about your pets take them somewhere that will care. This is not the place. Straight scam. Also when i mentioned we needed to use care credit from the very beginning of the appointment and multiple times throughout trying to make sure we could get it before doing anything everyone from the front desk to the vet herself said we could do it. Once the appointment was over they then informed us that care credit was supposed to be done beforehand. Like I said earlier they do not listen whatsoever. We then had to pay out of pocket on the way out. Worst vets in the valley.

One of the best vet experiences I've ever had, everytime. I had a full-on panic situation early one morning after dog got into questionable compost. They opened the door for me and got my boy examined and taken care of before they were officially open. It's nice to know that they're there to take care of the dogs and willing to go above an beyond in extraordinary situations. I wont be bum rushing them before operating hours again (if possible ha) but they've got my loyalty for all my boys' needs.
