Sadly, our experience with this vet clinic started off well but declined very quickly. We were given conflicting information by a technician named Heidi that directly contradicted what the veterinarian told us, which created unnecessary confusion and frustration. The way the situation was handled felt dismissive and lacked compassion, especially considering we were dealing with care for our 16-year-old senior dog. Rather than addressing our concerns, the clinic seemed more focused on defending the staff member involved. For a clinic that charges premium prices, we expected a much higher level of professionalism, empathy, and customer service. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.

Phenomenal staff, care And affordable! I have been going here since they’ve opened and I don’t plan on going anywhere else! I have five dogs and they have given them the best care To all of them, and they even take their pictures! If you’re looking for a new vet, this is your place to go!

Last year, Dr. Maddie helped correctly diagnose my dog when another vet failed to do so. Because of her my pup is alive today. Just this week he injured his leg and once again, Dr. Maddie saved the day. She is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely cares about the wellbeing of her patients. I am so grateful to her and the way that she advocates for my pup!
