This time around I just needed flea and tick, heart worm and to talk about major separation anxiety symptoms that are greatly affecting my own stress levels. I had left a voicemail in tears about the amount of stress I’m having. I asked the tech if they could keep me at a $270 limit and reschedule me for anything else needed in the following weeks. She said “ I don’t deal with the money”. As a college student and only working a few days a week, I need to be very calculated. Apparently she didn’t write down I was on a budget. The total came out to be $470 okay whatever my dogs are priority I will make it work. I had asked if they could cut their nails, it would help me out a lot being that it’s finals week I have three exams. I’m sure they are busy and didn’t get around to it/forgot. No big deal. I thought it was really nice they had actually remembered they forgot about the nails and left a message saying they were sorry and I could come in free of charge. So I called and they basically said I had to wait another 5 days for it. Lol…. I feel a bit disappointed and will probably look into a different clinic.

These are my people! They are amazing at taking care of my boy Odin as he’s “getting to that age” and have always been great at getting us in at the last minute! These people actually care about your animals as you do! I will always take my babies to this vet!

I just can’t say enough about how Glacier Animal Hospital has cared for our luxuriant fur beast, Ozzy Clawsbourne. Like most devastatingly handsome kitty boys, he can be a problem child. After engaging in a battle for world domination with the neighborhood squirrel, our Ozzy suffered a cut in his ear and an abscess on his neck. Despite daily affirmations that he’s a good boy, the evidence would suggest otherwise. After nearly scratching out his drain and daily attempting to destroy his fashionable sock top turtlenecks, Glacier Animal Hospital was able to squeeze us in last minute and has been offering weekly checkups free of charge. Although his cat modeling days may be on hold through his healing journey, thanks to Glacier Animal Hospital he’s once again a healthy boy.
