I had to say goodbye to my feline companion of 13 years on October 2, 2019. As anyone who has lost a pet can relate, i did not "love" the visit as the rating suggests, but the staff here deserves a great rating. They were professional yet warm and understanding, and from the initial checkup to that final moment with my Hobbes i did not feel neglected or ignored, and they treated her with a level of respect and care that i would expect out of anyone who loves animals. The office has kept in touch with me over the weeks, just checking in to see how i'm doing. It's heartwarming to know they care about the owners just as much as they do the pets, and one day, when i need another vet, North Shore will be the place i will go.
